Spearfish Falls
Spearfish Falls, South Dakota

Spearfish Falls is located in the Black Hills along Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway. It was given the name Spearfish because the local Indians would spear fish from the creek. Frank Lloyd Wright commented on the area, "more miraculous than the Grand Canyon".
